  • Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards

Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online 24/7 or by calling (208) 953-9102
  • No credit card is required to book an appointment
  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a booking deposit requirement

Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile detailing services:

  • Vehicle must be accessible at the provided location
  • A flat, reasonably clean area is needed for our equipment
  • Mobile service fees apply based on your location
  • Access to an electrical outlet is helpful but not required — our unit is self-contained

Satisfaction Guarantee

We perform a post-service inspection on every job. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Limitation of Liability

Gemstar Car Detailing Nampa takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions not caused by our service
  • Normal wear and tear revealed during the cleaning process
  • Damage caused by improper aftercare by the vehicle owner
  • Items left in the vehicle during service
